Middle East Telecommunications Company - METCO (The only AVAYA Platinum Partner in Kuwait) has organized “METCO- AVAYA Contact Center Seminar” on Monday, May 21st 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel (Kuwait) to present AVAYA's latest technology and applications solutions in Contact Centers. The objective of this seminar was to show how AVAYA’s Contact Center solutions can enhance customer experience by utilizing social media services, self service solutions, work force optimization, analysis and reporting tools.

The seminar started with an opening statement from METCO’s CEO Mr. Bassem Abdel Jalil who welcomed the attendees and thanked them for trusting METCO in being their preferred solution provider and system integrator for their call centers. He also spoke about the initiatives and major wins that METCO has made within the last 12 months. AVAYA’s representatives and speakers then made several presentations that highlighted AVAYA’s strength in the Contact Center domain, and their ability to bring Contact Center and Social Media together. They also spoke about Contact Center trends and how social media, the automation experience and performance management are playing a major role in shaping the customer experience. They also showed that these technological changes are playing an important role in Kuwait’s market place and that recent statistics show an increase among Kuwait’s population in interacting and conducting business via the internet where AVAYA’s superior technology has a lot to offer to its customers and Kuwaiti businesses.
