METTCO Successfully Executes Zain Iraq’s call center renovation

Middle East Technique Telecommunications Company (METTCO) has successfully executed a comprehensive project to the strategic client Zain Iraq which is renovating the Call Center of Baghdad. The project is one of the major successes and key achievements to Zain Iraq in 2014, and included complete relocation of the call center to the new building, in addition to interior design, furniture, multimedia agent, network management system for VOIP, and full system redundant.

The project was delivered with Avaya‘s premium Interactive voice response (IVR) system In order to provide Zain clients with the best experience. Also, it intends to accommodate to large number of inquirers.

This fundamental Contact Center advanced solution will offer vast assortment of new services. To help tackle the exponential growing demand on the Contact Centre and to decrease data traffic.
Undoubtedly, Zain Iraq strategy is based on understanding the customer who is at the focus of any service or product in order to achieve the expected standard of communication with the rest of the world. Accordingly, it deserves the number one network title in Iraq. Working on world standards, Zain Iraq secures service to %97 of Iraq population and maintains good mechanisms to respond quickly to customers’ queries wherever they are using 4 languages; Arabic, English, Kurdish, Turkumani and received around 20 million calls last year.
